Jeff Gordon is an accomplished Business Executive with over 30 years’ Leadership & Management experience within the FMCG, Retail and Telecommunications industries.

A highly respected and engaging people leader, Jeff has a proven history of coaching and developing individuals and large multi-faceted teams to consistently deliver positive impacts against company operational and commercial goals.

Jeff’s extensive corporate career commenced at Myer Stores Ltd where he held various customer facing Retail Sales Management roles across multiple stores over a 9-year period.

In 1995, Jeff joined Optus and held a National Management role leading multiple state-based teams to consistently deliver positive growth in staff engagement, customer satisfaction and EBITDA performance.

Jeff was appointed to the Optus Executive Group in 2001 after being awarded the company CEO Award for Outstanding Executive Achievement.

In 2009 Jeff started his own Management Consulting business providing professional executive services to small/medium business and large corporate companies.

Jeff was appointed as an Associate Director of Dynamic Retail Solutions in 2014 leading representation of Australian manufacturers and suppliers in International FMCG Sales.

In 2020 he formed a successful partnership with Steri Solutions International supplying vital PPE products to Major Supermarkets and various channels to market during the COVID 19 pandemic.

Married with two teenage daughters, Jeff is based in Melbourne, Australia.
